I live in Long Beach California and split my time between here, Mal Pais Costa Rica, Sweden and New York. I have been a photographer since grade school. I generally photograph for clients who I get, and who get me. Clients with whom I can blur the line between art and advertising. That has led me to long time relationships with friends such as the Cold War Kids, Mando Diao, Initium Eyewear and Volcom, for who's creative images I am largly responsible. I specialize in interesting portraiture, and creating generally dynamic and sometimes amusing images of the people and the landscape. I also produce and record music for bands like Cold War Kids, Jessica Dobson, Matt Death, Ikey Owens, 2mex, Katie the Pest and X.
